For Food Trucks
Northern Nevada Public Health requires every mobile food unit to operate from a permitted Servicing Area (Commissary). Without one, you cannot legally operate in Washoe County.

NNPH Compliance
Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH), formerly the Washoe County Health Department, requires all mobile food units and food producers to operate from a permitted Servicing Area. Our facility is fully inspected and approved.
Before operating, you must submit a "Mobile/Portable Unit and Servicing Area Operational Review" and a signed "Servicing Area Agreement" to NNPH. We provide both.
